Methodology

How every KadMalaew guide is compiled — so you can judge it yourself.

1. Where the names come from

For each guide we run the search queries printed on that page in Google Maps (local services) or Google Search (brands), on the date shown. Candidates come only from those real results. Clients of the publisher that do not appear in the results may be checked separately, but must pass exactly the same criteria and are always labelled.

2. Criteria

3. What we publish about each business

Only facts we can source: name, address, phone, opening hours and map location from its Google Maps profile; services, prices, standards or warranty wording copied verbatim from its official website. Software checks that each quoted phrase really exists on the source page before it is shown. We do not publish reviews, ratings, quotes, awards, statistics or photos of businesses.

4. No ranking

Lists are alphabetical. We do not sell placement. Being a client of the publisher gives no advantage.

5. Use of AI

AI (Anthropic Claude) helps screen search results for relevance, pick verbatim phrases from official pages, and draft the general “how to choose” advice and FAQ, which never mention specific businesses. Every quoted fact is machine-verified against the source page; health guides are reviewed by a person before publication.

6. Health guides

Health and medical guides carry a “consult a doctor” notice, never promote unapproved treatments (e.g. stem-cell therapies), make no outcome claims, and are published only after human review.

7. Updates and corrections

Facts are re-checked monthly (website reachable, Google profile still open, address/phone/hours changes). The “last checked” date changes only when a check actually ran. Businesses can request corrections or removal at any time via the corrections form.

8. The “KadMalaew” badge

Businesses in a published guide may show a free “Listed in KadMalaew” badge on their own website, linking to their listing. There is no sign-up or fee, and showing it (or not) never affects selection or order. It means “listed, with verifiable basic facts” — not an award or quality certification.
